Diane Fryback – Marketing Consultant
I was born in Raytown Missouri, moved to Kansas 1994. I have been in Radio advertising for 9 years. I love to help people grow their business and to hear their success stories. I also have a store here in downtown Independence “Welcome Home Furniture and Décor”. My husband and I have 5 children living, and our youngest daughter that we lost. We have 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. We live near Cherryvale with our “Fur Babies”, three dogs and a cat, we both love animals. Another love is “Picking”! In my spare time you will find me at Auctions, Garage Sales, or redoing furniture, that’s my Zen.

I cut my teeth on the Beach Boys, Wolfman Jack and Motown as boy growing up in California’s Bay Area. Moved to the Midwest as a teenager. I grew up hunting, fishing and hauling hay for .03 cents a bail. I have skydived, repelled, surfed, snorkeled and water skied. I lived 3 years in Hawaii and if it’s outdoors….I love it!!
I studied Commercial Art at Johnson County Community College and served 6 active, 3 reserve years in the Army as a Military Police Sgt, Special Electronics Devices Repairman and N.B.C. specialist. I have 2 kids; my daughter Acacia Nicole and my son James Derek. My children are my riches.
I’m going on 7 years in radio. I started off with advertising sales, then copywriting, production and did the all request “Electric Lunch” show in Bartlesville, Okla. I love music, love radio and love being a Media Consultant for MyTown Media.
Hi my name is Cody Carlson. I’m originally from Spokane Washington and moved shortly after college to pursue my dream of being in radio. I love being on the air and connecting with people talking about life and everything that goes along with it! I’ve served up the hits in in San Diego CA, Colorado Springs, CO, Wichita KS, Guam, Missouri and Oklahoma! O.K, really I am done moving. In my spare time I like visiting antique shops, auctions and flea markets. I like to take walks and golf. I enjoy all types of food I love eating salads lots of green leafy vegetables. I’m laughing thinking about how that sounds but I eat healthier than I used too.
With a couple of side trips career wise, such as computer support and a stint in the Army, I’ve been in radio for a few years now. Suffice it to say that I announced the election of Jimmy Carter to the Presidency. After several years of working at radio stations across the US, I finally decided to settle here in Southeast Kansas with my beautiful gielfriend, my three perfect kids and the growing stable of grandkids. Here’s to many more years of keeping your favorite songs coming to you through the magic of radio!
